Legal name and primary address of the certified entity.

Specifies the ISO standard (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001:2022) certified.

Scope of Certification

A clear summary of the services, departments, and locations covered.

Certificate Number

Unique ID to verify the certificate's authenticity.

Initial Certification Date

The original date certification was first granted.

Current Issue Date

Date when the current version of the certificate was issued.

Surveillance Due Dates

Planned audit dates to ensure continuous compliance.

Recertification Due Date

End of the 3-year cycle, by when recertification audit must be completed.

Authorized Signatory

GCAI's authorized signatory ensures certificate validity.

Accreditation Body Mention

IAS (International Accreditation Service) details and cross-verification info.

Impartial Audit Type

Indicates if the certificate is Initial/Recertification or Surveillance.

Ongoing Compliance

The organization must continually comply with the applicable ISO standard and surveillance audits.

Certificate Ownership

This certificate remains the property of GCAI and must be returned upon request.

Validity

The certificate is valid for 3 years from the initial certification date.
